Today’s Machining World, a publication covering ingenious inventions in machining in manufacturing world, reported on CNC Onsite’s machining of bolted flanges of large-diameter transition pieces, which joins the wind turbine tower to the foundations. The custom-made CNC-controlled machine currently operates at the production site for transition pieces of CS WIND Offshore in Aalborg, Denmark. September 2024
