Precision Machining
For Industrial Challenges
Marine, energy, and heavy industry assets where component removal is not an option. Line boring, axle restoration, industrial flange facing, custom machines etc.
Keeping Critical Assets Running.
When a large industrial asset drifts out of tolerance – a worn shaft, a distorted flange – the traditional answer is disassembly and transport to a workshop. We bring the machine shop to the asset instead – portable CNC equipment restores geometry where it is installed.
Beyond wind, the same capability serves marine, offshore and heavy industry: line boring of large housings and bearing seats, axle and shaft repair, precision machining of industrial flanges up to Ø10,000 mm, and 3D laser measurement for alignment, inspection and quality documentation.
- No transport to a workshop, no major disassembly – machining where the asset sits
- Repair instead of replace: geometry restored to OEM specification under ISO 9001, with expected lifetime similar to the original
- Typical jobs run 1-7 days on site; measurement tasks from half a day, with a digital measurement report

Four reasons general industry calls CNC Onsite
- 01
On Site Machining
No disassembly, no transport, no replacement part lead time.
- 02
Fast Response
When critical equipment fails, downtime is often the largest cost. Our mobile machining teams respond quickly to restore functionality and get operations back on track.
- 03
Custom Solutions For Complex Challenges
With decades of experience and a large inventory of modular components, we can rapidly develop and deploy tailored machining solutions for unique applications.
- 04
Cost Efficiency
Repairing critical components is often faster and more cost efficient than replacement, while avoiding unnecessary transportation and disassembly.
